Percussion Ensemble

Rejoice in the Lord (David E. Smith Publications -- $11.00). Fun piece for four-part percussion ensemble, based on "Rejoice in the Lord Always" and "This is My Commandment." Scored for (1) orchestra bells (2) marimba [could use a synthesizer instead] (3) snare drum, triangle, bongos, and sus. cymbal, and (4) timpani and tambourine.

Mixed Ensemble

Hosanna (Praise Is Rising) by Paul Baloche and Brenton Brown. Easy arrangement for four-part ensemble with rhythm and percussion, ideal for a youth band/orchestra or for a small to mid-sized adult group with limited rehearsal time. EXALTATION SERIES (Genevox). A great new series produced by Camp Kirkland -- flexible in concept -- playable by a minimum of 4 instruments plus optional piano and percussion, up to full orchestra. Jazz Combo

Jesus Loves Me (PSALM 150 #6510 -- $22.00). Swing treatment for 3-5 brass and/or saxes, with rhythm. Includes a section for improvised solos. Lots of fun. From my North Texas days.
